Program Updates & Essential Reminders
With school back in session, TCHATT is here to assist with referrals. All referrals are now processed through Trayt. You can view your submitted referrals, but once submitted, they cannot be edited. If you need to make changes or if you’re a staff member who doesn’t have access to submit referrals, please email TCHATT@uttyler.edu for help.
To help school staff and families learn more, we’ve created a short informational video. Watch below!
Our goal is to provide the best support for your students and families. The invaluable assistance from school liaisons— whether by connecting with parents, offering confidential spaces for sessions, or collaborating to ensure top-notch care—has been instrumental in shaping our program.
Reminder: We have bilingual staff and can access professional interpreters as needed.
Knowledge Hub Tech Tips
To keep your iPad running smoothly:
- Keep your iPad connected to the charger and Wi-Fi, even when not in use.
- Check for the latest iOS update: Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Watch this video for guidance.

Outreach & Events
Our TCHATT team participated in Palestine Westwood ISD’s “Back-to-School Bash” which provided backpacks, school supplies, food, and fun for the community. We also attended the TCHATT Leadership Summit in Austin this summer, where we networked with other institutions and learned about plans for future initiatives.

TCHATT Connection Engage & Elevate
