Emily Weesner, BSN, RN
Emily graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2000. Throughout her nursing career she has worked in pediatric intensive care units, hospice, home health, is certified as a sexual assault nurse examiner, and has also been a teacher in a public school system. She is currently pursuing her psychiatric nurse practitioner degree from Texas A&M University-Texarkana.
Emily joined the TCHATT - Northeast Texas team in 2023 as a care coordinator. She is passionate about being an advocate for mental health and being a connecting bridge between families and community resources.
When she isn’t at work or studying for school, she enjoys spending time with her family, mentoring teenage girls, fitness, traveling, and attending sporting events.
