Felicia is driven by a commitment to ensuring vulnerable populations have access to quality therapeutic services, regardless of financial barriers. She entered the mental health field to provide compassionate care to those who need it most. Her work is guided by the belief that everyone deserves access to mental health support.

With an extensive background as a child welfare worker through the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, regulatory and compliance, and serving as a therapist in an inpatient behavioral hospital and as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) in a correctional setting, Felicia has expertise in advocating for and supporting vulnerable populations. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of child welfare systems, regulatory oversight, mental health treatment, and the complex needs of at-risk populations.

As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Felicia brings specialized clinical training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Her concentrations include trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), substance use disorder treatment, and integrated behavioral health services for diverse populations including trauma survivors and criminal justice-involved individuals.

Felicia holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, community service, and pursuing continuous professional development through seminars and conferences. She’s actively involved in her children’s education as a school volunteer and supporter at their sporting events.
